This servo tester works perfectly. I measured the neutral pulse length to be exactly 1520 us from 3.2 V up to 6 V. I don't expect this to change with higher voltages either. Many other cheap testers cannot keep accurate pulse length when operating voltage changes. Additionally the variable speed automatic test is a nice touch.
