Sick motor! I don't know why is it so cheap!Got the motor and tried it on several batteries with different loads.
Very low efficiency motor on 4S battery - 450W 4S 17x8 or 500W 4S 16x10. Gets worm and power drops slowly. also gets very worm on 6S 13x8 700W.
Expected better :(Just got the motor.

The motor gets hot. I will try the first combination on my YAK54 ~1.8Kg and wingspan of 1.4m. hope it will last ...Wow a light weight powerhouse! Is a very light motor for the output and runs at high voltage so gains efficiency seems well balanced and smooth - just goes like stink.static ground test : 31 Amps on 6S with 13x6.5 APCE, motor gets fairly warm after 1 minute but generates a lot of thrust ! Reversed the shaft because I did not trust the small C clip.
Flight report scheduled for tomorrow.Shaft is pretty soft, it bends pretty easy. Fortunately it is no problem to buy spare shaft in my local shop. Engine cannot handle 1000W, it overheat way too much. 800W is maximum for this motor on 6S.A real powerhouse on 6 cells. Using a Xoar 15x8 in static test I get:

In flight peak power was 965W and current 41.6A.
i had reservations about all that thrust being transmitted only though the little c-clip that hold the shaft in, so i reversed the shaft and put a bolt on prop adapter on (motor has drilling for one) and used a retaining collar on the back.

necessita' pero' comperate a parte il mozzo e il supporto motoreOttimo motore l'ho montato sia su un extra 300 della Kyoshio sia sul mio Yak 54 carbon zeta con regolatore Turnigy da 85 ampere spinge tanto che gli aerei vanno su a candela alla stessa velocit dell'orizzontale lo consiglio a tutti.im running this in a Large 60 size Fiberglass 3d plane , It pulls the plane into the air like its nothing ! the set up 2650mah 6s 22.2 turnigy ,HK 80 amp ESC and Ubec and this little super powerful motor swinging a 16X8e APC, I cant believe how small and powerful it is ! this is my first time buying a Electric motor for a plane after many years of nitro fling i was very confused but seem to make the right choices , very recommended for the 3D pilot trying to get a little bit of electricity under their belt or anyone that want to fly a 60 size plane with authority!
