Very cute motor ;). We run 9x4.7 prop on 2cell, because with 7030 we didn't get the performance advertised (much less thrust, about 2.8-3A amp draw). With 9x4.7 we draw about 8 amps (rated max) and motor gets hot but not too hot. A small powerhouse at this weight!

Have gone through three of these motors and had two of them fail with broken windings. Compared to other Turnigy motors, these are not so hot. Way too small to rewind.

A great motor for my micro combat plane ! I use it with 2s batteries, 6A ESC and 6x5 prop.

Great motor for a great price! Extreamly powerful and great for any park/indoor flyer! I highly reccomend this to anyone!

I'm using it as a powerplant in a flying wing of my own design.

The wing is made of balsa :800mm of wingspan for 185g in the glider version. I've added a little fuse with nanotech 2s 950mah batteries and the park 250 kv1680 power system with a hk 10amps esc.

First setup for sunday fliers : using a 5.7 x 3 apc prop. Low speed / high torque setup. Keep the amps around 3.6 A allow you to fly WOT for more than 12 minutes. At the end the motor is not hot, neither the batteries. Allow 40mn flight in neutral weather conditions.

Second setup : as above, just replace the prop for a cam prop 5.2x5.2. Amps are increasing til 4.6A. Lots of fun with impressively high speed passing for such a small setup. Would evaluate the level flight around 80km/h. Allow to fly 10minutes WOT, and you can believe me, you're often WOT with this kind of fun settings !!! Motor is barely hot after the flight, but nothing abnormal...

In overall a good product !

Great little motor for my One Sheet Glider. Difficult to access the grub screws when the mount is placed on the firewall.

Great little motor for my "One Sheet Glider" built of XPS foam. Has taken several landings nose on - no problem

Does not make rated power. With a GWS 7035 prop it only puts out 200g of thrust on max throttle. It was not powerful enough for what I bought it for.

treibe damit eine windrider mini bee als Slowflyer fr die Wiese hinterm Haus an. GWS 7x6 oder 8x4,3 und 6 Ampere an 2s lipo sorgen fr gute Langsamflugeigenschaften und reichen gerade so fr Looping und Rolle

es buen motor para proyectos pequeos, pero muy delicado sobretodo por que por la parte inferior de la campana no esta cubierta y el bobinado queda desprotegido por tanto es muy factible que estos pequesimos alambres sean rotos tal como me paso a mi, su eje es bastante pequeo por lo que es muy fcil que se fracture, si se tiene un poco mas de presupuesto es mejor comprar el Park 300 1600 kv, sin embargo este no deja de ser un buen motor, recomendado para proyectos indoor.
