Great motor

Packaged very well. Very good looking motor. Feels like a quality built motor. Installed in a 1/10 ECX boost. Running stock plastic internal gears, stock plastic 87 tooth spur, stock metal 20 tooth pinion. Using a Quicrun 10BL60 ESC. So far I am very happy with this motor. Plenty of torque and very fast on 3s lipo. Running pretty cool so far. Just barely warm to the touch. I was a little worried about getting this high kV. Though it might not have enough low end torque and/or run to hot. This is not the case. It will easily spin the tires on dry pavement and will quickly reach around 45 mph. Couldn't be any happier. Ran with the stock 60A ESC on the 4wd sct, but kept on making it shut down due to overheating. Ran on a 120a ESC and although there was quite abit of cogging, it still ran okayish for 6 races, then died in a nice pile of blue smoke.

I purchased this motor for my slash 2wd. It goes well but even on low gearing (18t pinion) it was running hot. I changed to a 4 pole 3800KV system and its MUCH better. My suggestion is to use this on a lighter vehicle such as a twin hammers (which I now have it in) or any 1/10 on road car, its a *****y great motor though and highly recommended.

Bought it for my 2wd buggy 1:10. Fits perfectly, looks good, doesn't get hot and puts out raw power which brings my transmission gear to squeal. :) so awesome and great value for the price.

Habe den Motor im meinem TGY 2WD SCT mit dem 60A V2 Regler. Er lsst sich super dosieren und bietet enorme Leistung, dabei bleibt er handwarm. Wichtig ist bei dem Motor im SCT mit wenig Punch zu fahren, dann bleibt auch das Getriebe heil. Mit 2S ist der Motor schon ziemlich flott, aber bei 3S bricht die Hlle los und der SCT wird kaum noch kontrollierbar. Hier ist ein guter Regler Gold wert fr feines dosieren am Gas.
