Thank you for restocking in EU Warehouse, Best Model Ever . Exellent Model. Got it yesterday , will apply a Pixhawk FC to the Model . This is my Second UAV 3000. The first ist crashed. Servo Fail , on the V Tail.

I received mine yesterday, first impression is pretty good. First of all, it's really huge, the fuselage has a lot of space for all FPV equipment. Quality is good, the fiberglas pparts are fitting very well, the only thing is thaat the landing gear is made out of aluminium and too heavy. All small partts included and of acceptable quality. The landing wheels are a bit small, might cause a problem on grass. The wings are of good quality, nothing to mention. Spinner is included and of good quality. After building the plane I will submitt an updated review. So far it seems to be a great deal for UAVs and worth every cent. Only 3 days of delivery, perfect packed, nothing bropken etc. Be aware that this is not a toy, in my eyes nothing for beginners with FPV as you need a proved, reliable video and RC transmition system.

The model is surprisingly well designed and strong. Whilst there are a few minor irritations such as missing horns and anti rotation pins the biggest annoyance is the awful covering 'attempt' on the main wings. it is full of bubbles and long ridges of covering gathered up and not stuck down. No amount of careful heat iron application will fix this.

I will have to recover the wings which means removing control surfaces and all the mess involved with that

Even so it is good value for money and I think will fly well with APM autopilot

The Kit is a Beauty, pity the control horns etc were missing, but I had some spares for the bits and pieces, so no real big deal. Still wondering if I can fit a camera to the winds though, Any others out there that have tried it ?

I received my kit from Sydney fairly quickly, double boxed and all parts in good condition. I was missing the control rods and horns etc. but HK compensated me for this. It went together really well with the suggested Turnigy G60 motor and 100A SBEC. I used a 3-blade 13 X 8 pusher prop and a 5000mah 40-50c battery mounted as far forward as possible to get the c of g correct. Test flight day was gusty but the model tracked nicely down the runway and climbed away gracefully. A bit of down trim was needed but this may come out when I mount a camera. It was very sensitive in the air, probably a mixture of control throws and nerves, landing went well with power on until touchdown. I think it might be a bit heavy to float on. It was a real eye-catcher at the field with plenty of good comments from club members.

Missing hardware. Instructions say this IS included, and that is NOT included but not reflective of what actually DOES come with in the box. Also just noted that the wings come with nice servo covers but the V tail pieces do not...?? Why not?

Sehr schnelle Lieferung per GLS (NL-DE)! Keine Fehlteile,keine Beschaedigung(en). Bauanleitung vorhanden,sehr uebersichtlich und ebenso klar verfasst. Einstellwerte und CGV sind erkennbar aufgefuehrt. High light: Der ALU-Dreiblatt Spinner ist im Lieferumfang enthalten! Die Rumpfzelle ist sehr gro dimensioniert und schoene Festigkeit,KEIN "Wabbelschwabbelrumpf"!
Nicht im bausatzenthalten:
Gabelkoepfe,Gestaenge,Klappen"hoerner" usw..
Diesen Kleinkram mu man sich selber zuholen,Vorteil man kann sich daher das Material und Dimensionen selber aussuchen und mu* sich nicht mit "billig Gelumpe" herum aergern.

Very fast delivery by GLS (NL-DE)! No missing parts, no damage(s) noticed. Instructions sheet included. Settings and CGV are listed recognizable.
High light: The three-blade aluminum spinner is included! The Hull cell is made **very large and beautiful strength, NO "yunkyardstuff"!
Not in / for building included: NO fork heads, rods, valves "horns".
These small items must be buy itself ad on, advantage can therefore choose the material and dimensions itself and must not be angry with "cheap yunkyard stuff" around.

The UAV-3000 Is really a nice kit! Very high quality of the fiberglass parts.
The balsa ply wings are really well built and nicely covered. The total weight of the kit as it comes from HK is around 3,3 Kg not to bad for this BIG model. See pictures in files section for some measurements.
Unfortunately one hardware bag was missing in my box so ill have to stall the build until i get all the parts... Thats why only 4 crowns on quality...
