wow this is bright !!! great for search and rescue quad copters, gets hot so make sure its not just left on works very well outside and with the props turnings keeps it nice and cool, highly recommended!!!!

These are wired as 4 lots of 4 series LEDs in parallel. The tracks are visible if you look carefully. This unit can be driven up to a max of 0.6A but would need a heat sink to take this continuously. I would not consider driving this directly off a battery, especially a 3C Lipo as the current drawn is very sensitive to voltage. I measured 12v at 250ma and 11.2v at 100ma. Ideally use a constant current supply. If not include a suitable value resistor. Mike
