Works in my 1/8 sale Thunder Tiger MT4 G3 and does an excellent job. Only about 6 runs in though but looks like the goods at this stage. I gave this a 5 star overall review because I am very happy with the purchase and really, it compares well against any alternative.

One thing I don't understand though is the price gap between 4&5s and 5000 and 5800mah units. Generally the price increases are very steep, way more than the 'extra' product. A 4s 5000mah comes at $40, compared to $75 for a 5s 5800mah. That seems like a fair bit of premium on top and when I'm spending $75 on a battery, it doesn't feel like I'm buying a 'cheapy' anymore.

The only other concern I have is a bit of wear on the cables and the fact the balance leads seem quite fragile. It's something probably all lipos exhibit just due to their construction, but it would be nice if the fine balance wires had some extra protection. I'm sure this would be something you'd only find on a 'premium' battery, but there you go.

Ho comprato 8 batterie cos e 8 batterie B-grade per circa la met del prezzo.
Dopo aver eseguito test di funzionamento posso dire che le Zippy Flightmax e le B-grade hanno esattamente la stessa qualit.
Caricate, testate e scaricate ( stata anche eseguita una cromatografia della chimica interna) ho scoperto che il contenuto di queste batterie lo stesso di quelle molto pi economiche (B-grades).
In entrambi i casi 1 pacco su 8 ha perso una cella (0,00V) dopo la prima scarica.
I pacchi erano completamente carichi e bilanciati a Delta 22mV, sono stati scaricati tutti e 16 (in 2 configurazioni 4S2P) fino a 3,4V @5C max sui 30C dichiarati e, sia per queste che per le B-Grade, ho rilevato una cella a 0V, quindi pacco inutilizzabile e da buttare.
Quando ho richiesto assistenza in garanzia mi hanno risposto che essendo passati 30gg le batterie sono fuori garanzia, peccato che ci sono voluti 35 giorni per la consegna della spedizione (quindi erano gi fuori garanzia alla consegna!!)
Inoltre, fate attenzione consumatori: in Europa la garanzia obbligatoria di 2 anni PER LEGGE.
Questi di HobbyKing si comportano da truffatori negando una garanzia di legge e vendendo batterie di alta qualit che in realt sono IDENTICHE a quelle di minima qualit, valgono tanto quanto, ma costano il doppio.

I bought 8 items of this model and 8 items of B-grades for half the price.
After testing them we discovered they worth the same!
Fully tested with advanced equipment we discovered that the chemicals and affordability are the same than cheaper models.
On 8 packs 1 cell in 1 pack went to 0.00V after one discharge @5C, while other cells were 3,4, one went down to 0 with no reason. The pack was fully charged and balanced like others and they've been discharged all together once @5C max in 1 hour.
When asked for support HobbyKing replyed that batteries aren't covered by warranty except for the first 30days from the order date. Too bad it took more than a month to delivery, so the warranty was already expired at the moment of delivery.
They sell these packs as high quality but in fact they're just B-Grades sold for twice the price!
