i like this camera and for the price $5 i think it is great. i like wide angle lens cameras and this has a shielded cable also.

the goods : nice colour display, fast tuning to suit the environment brightness
small, lightweight.
the cons : the cable is a little bit too short, since the Video Tx has to be a distance away from noisy components.
overall : good stuffs with great price tag, have to make your own extension cable.

Poor when it comes to bright light. its just Ok in dusk but useless for quad or any racing or FPV. As of now I can't use it in any of my things.

Bought this little guy to put on a 2 meter glider. (Phoenix 2000 also from HK) Love the fact that it's PNP right into my Immersion RC video transmitter. It runs on 5 volts for sure - instructions say "3.6-5.5v max 80mA" The lens is a bit too wide angled for my liking at 2.5mm but I see there are other lenses available in the user's manual. Do you sell them HK?
Great low light performance - I have flown at night over a dimly lit town (rural Japan) and can see everything just fine. Time will tell, but for the price and size of this camera, it's well worth having one or two for spares or axillary cameras. I plan to pick up another to use inside of my FX-61 Phantom to monitor my downward facing imager that doesn't have a live out feed.

Very good price for this camera. Quality is ok, not great, but for $20AUD i'm not complaining.

One pro is it is TINY! Also front lens allows you to manually focus to achieve good image quality.

Currently using it with a FT951 5.8GHz Video Transmitter 25mW

Ok well its good but i see a big difference in my flying with this compared to my Sony. The transitions are ok but not great and i found myself misjudging my proximity flying. So if you are just doing some basic FPV then this is great but if you want to fly low and close then i would advise spending a bit more on a better camera.

Had an Old Fatshark ccd killer.

This one is way better in the dark and has a wide angle lens
