I store the older caps and tops in a small jar filled with acetone, which softens the dried on glue making it easier to clean them up. Medium and thin CA tend to drip down the outside of the tip and coats the inside of the cap making sealing difficult. after they soak for awhile you can use a tooth pick and a Q-tip to remove the softened CA. I like to also soak my fine tips in the acetone also so they can be reused allot longer. Having replacement tips make a rotation possible. I try to save the cap from emptied bottles for future use also. Hope this helps other hobbiest.
