Perfect selfie stick. Connects via Bluetooth in a flash and works perfectly well. The stick locks by a light twist and unlock twisting in the opposite way: intuitive, fast and reliable.

I have received the item from the post this morning. But there is no user manual in the box at all not even a small paper slip with instruction on how to connect the selfie stick and the phone/action camera via bluetooth. I am not happy about this. Moreover, the screw dock where I put the action camera on the stick. It is not align correctly with the shutter remote handle. Also I am still trying to figure out how I can lock the stick in place. The extended tube on the stick is still going up and down on its own. I have tried to contact the customer services for help. But no answer from them what so ever. They keep telling me to wait.

I thought I bought a bargain but this come out as a big disappointment. I would like to use my selfie stick when I go hiking with friends and family in weekends. It looks like it will never going to happen.:-(
