When you order something brand new, you'd expect it to arrive in mint condition. To my surprise that's not what happened. When I opened my package that seemed undamaged, I found out that the replacement wing inside was torn apart! I'm very unsatisfied with the handling of goods, specially when it comes to delicate goods. I expect either a full refund or replacement of this product.
