So far I was really happy from HK quality and service - till I have received this item.......
I must warn you - EDF came broken, I have sent it back to China, on the base of HK Warrnity. It was on November 2011, we have April 2012 - all I have is the information that the spare part will be sent to me, but since 6months HK do not know when......

Sad but true - unfortunatelly......

HK any clever comment on this??!!

Have flown her how and have to say how impressed i am with this little plane. It is very responsive and quite a handfull under full throttle. The take off run was no more than 5 meters, with virtually no wind to aid it. I would not say it was suitable for beginners, as it is quite delicate and much quicker than i expected. The EDF is noisy for its size, but I feel it adds to the charm of this little plane. She may look like an old timer, but sure doesn't fly like one. Don't be fooled by the name, it goes like a sparrow hawk. I love it.

This is a nice little park flyer and goes together well. The instructions are a bit vague and in chinglish, so maybe seek advice if its your first build. The Fan is a good fit and gives plenty of power. Its true the ESC is a bit big, but i stripped the outer heat shrink off, and that made a big difference. The Tail boom is a little delicate and flexible, so i chose to strengthen this with a 2mm Carbon Fibre rod. C of G is not a issue with the nano-tech 850 mounted up front. Look forward to flying it and will post results here soon.

cool little park flyer. really easy build with minimal tools, I had the kit together in about 30 min. the only real thing I see wrong with the settup is the ESC, it is really big for the plane I have used a trinity 10a plush and is a much better fit.

Upon seeing this plane, I was like "hmm, another trainer perhaps for the noobs" but after I saw the EDF unit I was like "AWESOME!"

The EDF just adds a whole new level to this plane!
