Bought this unit on the basis of other reviews. Had 2 hxt2435 4400kv motors on hand. Contrary to the posts, the 2mmn shaft does not fit the collets that come with the EDF. The collets are way too big!!!!!

Fan rubs the housing badly. It cannot be balanced because you cannot pass a shaft through. mine exploded in the air because of these issues. (Twice)

The fan came with a 3mm shaft adapter. The B2435 KV4400 motor has a 2mm shaft. I will have to order a 2.3mm adapter. Just hope they send me the correct one?????

Excellent EDF! I used a 370 size brushless motor 5200kv and with a 2cell 1000mah LiPo I was pushing 220g of thrust. Not too shabby! :D The only bad thing is that I broke one of the fan blades cause I was being stupid with it. But I used some CA and it still works nice. 5 stars!

Bought this for a GWS A-10 on a 3S pack with the HC Turnigy B2435-4400 250 grams static thrust measured on test bench. Just becareful not to squeeze the case when mounting to avoid distortion and rubbing

Gebruikt in Steve Shumate's F-14 gaf 26A en +/- 320 gram stuwdruk in de 100% uitvoering per fan samen met de hxt 2435-4400kv ingebouwd in het toestel.

Geen problemen gehad, vloog redelijk goed maar weinig gas over, totaal gewicht 1050 gr. fans zijn robust genoeg, hebben een hoop modder en zand te verduren gekregen bij de landingen en werkte evengoed nog. 4 sterren omdat de montage van de buitenmantel aan het vliegtuig niet ideaal is.
