Please note the 35mm refers to the hub spacing not the diameter of the spinner which is normally used to quantify the spinner size (not the hub size). The DIAMETER is as advertised correctly as 28mm.

If you need a 35 mm diameter spinner look to the diameter and elsewhere on HK.

Seems to be a well valued 28mm folding prop spinner.
