I used to always time my flights, e.g. 10 mins, land, check the battery and then carry on. So messy. Now, with the battery voltage being displayed on my tx, I know what the actual lipo voltage is on the model as I fly. Typical flight times have increased to 25 minutes. Would never have gone this long before.

Gotta love these voltage sensors, I use them on lots of different RC aircraft. Latest use is on a SAB Kraken 700 size heli. 12S Lipo's, so linked 2 of these to an FrSky X4R-SB to report back if lowest cell voltage goes any lower than 3.6V. For me that gives me confidence in my batteries.

By knowing the voltage I can now know when it is time to land, not too soon or not too late. When I go too fast it says that it is low then I go slower and it says the right level of the battery.

I put one in each plane. Double checks the battery before each flight and reports accurate cell voltage during flight by telemetry.
Really handy to pick out a battery getting towards the end of useful life.
I recommend this product and would buy more.
