Great, but not exactly what I wanted

It is steardy, and would surely fit into some of my other projects. But due to lack of research on my side I ordered a few parts, including this one, that doesn't suit my project very well. So kids, do your research and plan everything before you start ordering stuff.

Motor pulley uses high quality keyway instead of crappy grub screws. If you think the price is steep compared to your safety then comtinue to use crappy grub screws. Works perfectly with these wheels (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I1WCKDY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_2m5vCb5PR5Z8R)

good product but bad material choice

The small motor pulley makes many more revolutions than the wheel pulley. This leaves much more wear on the smaller pulley. I only tension the belt to the point where the belt will not skip teeth, so it is not over, or under tension. This small motor pulley wear requires me to buy more parts than I need because the material does not last as long as the rest of kit. I would suggest doing the same thing that belt drive rc cars have done and that means running a hard coated steel pulley. Changing the motor pulley material to hard coat steel would give the parts of this kit a more equal life span. Another way to tackle this problem would be to offer the motor pulley for purchase separately, or offer a hard coat steel version as an upgrade for your now more powerful motors. I am running the SK8 6374 149kv on a 10s5p battery and the power this outputs is much more than the original orange can motors that the pulley system was designed for.
Options
1.) Offer the aluminum pulley for purchase separately. “I would buy 5 or 10 at a time.”
2.) Remake the part in a hard coated steel, and include in the kits or offer this as an upgrade.

Decent system, doesn't work with their mount!

I'm really disappointed, I bought this product and their motor mount and guess what... I CANT EVEN TIGHTEN THE BELT! Really bad, poorly made I can see why they discontinued the whole conversion kit. And all they had to do was shorten the belt by a couple of cm.
