This plane can belly land and take off but with some difficulty. Better to Hand Launch. The build quality i very good . Only the turns are sluggish so use of rudder may help. Good quality at unbeatable price.

I was waiting for this amphibious plane since I have both a park and a lake near my flying field. The prop is very safe in the model due to its position. The build is durable and is excellent for someone learning to fly. Overall a very good model.

Good value and a lot of fun

Got it on sale for ~130€ and it’s a lot of fun. Flew it from wet grass and it departed after 4/5 m with 1800 mah 3S Battery. More aerobatic then expected and easy to fly and with reverse function on ESC.
Just cruises with half throttle and you get around 8-10 minutes of flying time. To get the CG right I had to cut the ESC loose and put the Battery far back and add a new Velcro tape. All in all I’m very happy and would by it again.

The 2024 version has ESC with reverse !!! Check the file area to see in the manual how to enable the reverse function (is disabled by default).
The blue Turnigy 40A esc in the 2024 edition has 4 wires, where the first "normal" wires are the throttle and the yellow is going to the signal pin any free channel that is used by a 2 pos switch. This esc is a re-labelled ZTW Beatles G2 and the manual from this one works perfect.

Great little all terrain vehicle

Well it was designed to fly from water or short grass, but after use two layers of heavy duty tape or glue piece of plastics, it is truly all terrain. Very light even after putting quite some tapes to cover all surfaces. Around 200 watts on 3s, 400 watts on 4s. Very stable and agile, high alpha all along. Hope HK will restock this model soon

Moins d'une dizaine de vols très réussis avec mon Skipper. Centrage conforme à la notice avec une lipo 3s 1800mAh reculée contre l'Esc. Debattements a 50% pour les ailerons et 60% pour la profondeur. 7 minutes d'autonomie en gérant les gaz. Lancer main plein gaz horizontal sans problème. Décollage glissé depuis une herbe courte. Il reste a l'essayer sur un plan d'eau au printemps prochain !
Un bon rapport qualité - prix !
Un beau modèle avec un vol agréable pour se détendre les pouces !

Aeromodello molto divertente. Avrei preferito un motore più prestante, con questo si è un po' al limite. Vola stabile , adatto a persone che dopo aver imparato a volare vogliono qualcosa di piu senza esagerare.
