this motor didn't work for me. I am getting significantly better thrust with my old 28mm exceed motor. I wouldn't recommend...

The motors look well built and I had no problems mounting them on 64mm EDF. However, the declared thrust of 700g is doubtful, I put this motor into a jet that flew easily with Turnigy 4300kv EDF motor and the HK4300 struggled to get the plane airborne from a hand toss. Ultimately, two meters of extra elevation and a just-right toss succeeded - when the Turnigy got the a/c airborne effortlessly and even on reduced throttle.

I use 3S LiPo battery and measured a power output of 250W for the HK 4300kv motor on the 5-blade 64mm EDF.

Summary: I would not recommend this motor for EDF equipped aircraft weighing over 400-500g.

Bought the motor from hobbyking. Finally reached, after 4 MONTHS! Talk about the slow boat from china. Motor came with bullet connectors and shrink tube. But no screws, description said M2 but the holes are 2.5mm, and I order the 2mm screws. Thanks alot hobbyking.

Nice small motor for a light 2S Pylon 400 Setup.
I use this motor in a 280g light Sokol Pylonracer on a 2S 1300mAh battery and a shorted 4.75x5.5. About 30A and the racer is 190km/h fast.
