Very nice fit for the HK600, Well made and NO sharp edges. My only issue with replacing the plastic base is the skid bolts supplied with the original base are too short because the plastic base has a recess for the nut to slot into but the metal base dose not, so you may want too get a set of 3x12mm bolts so they can bolt to your skid set.

i fitted the metal base plate to the HK600 and it adds rigidity to the frame and the skids are more stable and its a fraction of the cost of the KDS base plate well recomended. as an upgrade. :)

Fantastic part, stron and stiff. I changed all the body in between parts to metal, except the tail holder. Part fits good, and looks nice with the upgrade carbon fiber landing skit.

Increases stiffness of mainframe, although it is heavier than plastic one. In some cases it can help your carbon main frame to survive during heavier crash.
