I honestly bought this to control a project I'm building and I wouldn't mind too much in airsoft games if I had damaged it as it is good for the price. It is hard to find some things about this online and I'd hope to do some tests in video out to add to it. I highly recommend it for beginners like me, and people that are going to experiment on it.

You MUST buy this above part to do any basic or complex programming.

Hopefully a link will be placed on this site as I have asked Hobby King to do this a few times to prevent persons getting these and not being about to even reverse a single servo or mix :)

A cheap and reliable system to start. Sooner or later replaced by a better radio. But for beginner its perfect. Receiver ist not veryvery small.
It keeps transmitting when conected to the PC with the simulator cable of HK, what disturbs the Wlan connction down to zero.

I have 3 of these. On 2 of mine the servo channel 4 range (the one that switches the KK2.1 flight controller in and out of safe mode) is insufficient - the pulse width range was 1.32ms to 1.7mms when should be near to 1ms to 2ms. The third unit was 1.14ms to 1.88ms. I also found that the T6config software appeared to have no effect on the stored settings of the transmitter.
I also have the alternative Turnigy TGY-i6 which produces the full servo range although the on-board controlling software not so plain-speak

Easy to program using T6config. Takes abit of battery to run but has a very good range and is very reliable.

Pros,
Of course, price.
A good basic radio set.

Cons,
As with many low end transmitters, play in sticks and/or potentiometers gives poor centering. This means each time you return sticks to center servo center position fluctuates about 1-3pcnt making good trimming impossible for sensitive models.

USB Cable is required for even basic settings like servo reverse, but the cable is not included and not clearly specified as "required"
