I also had the issue that the cut off voltage was to high (3,66V). I tried the tip of one of the postings before, but bridging the resistors made it more worst. After I exchanged it to an higher resistor, the next I had, has 15 Ohms, now it works fine for mir. No cut off until 3,3V,
For me, this soldering work is ok, but it would help to have a description for it to choose the right resistor. But the best would be that it works out of the box as specified.

Where you would think to plug the single cell battery in ,,, is actually where the motor goes and then I plugged the battery into the heavy wires and now I have great system. Good for the stick and tissue models and priced right. I have a few of these setups now.

Ok, this was my bad! Out of the package, without downloading the tech sheet and reviewing it, I assumed the motor connector was the battery connector! Both motor and battery connectors are common battery connector types!
The one upgrade/improvement I would suggest is to include an adapter connector so user can connect to a receiver with either 1.25 or 1.0 size port.

Great TINY forward only ESC

It is a really good TINY esc for planes or drones.. but alas, I wasn't sure if it would work for a car/truck. it does not.
This is a SINGLE DIRECTION ESC. no reverse.
can't take away from the review that I ordered something wrong for my project. It is still an excellent mini ESC I may find use in a tiny airplane someday soon!

All you need to do is short the resistor that connects the yellow capacitor and positive motor output and the cutout is now at 3.5-3.6v instead of 3.95v
