I ordered two of these motors along with a lot of other items for a GWS A10. I found that one motor had a 2mm shaft and the other a 2.3mm shaft. Just a note to others to check and let HC know. Read their policy and act quickly.

Ordered two of these, but got Turnigy B2435-4040 delivered instead???



It is a good engine ans has the same specs but:......



The engine shaft on the turnigy b2435-4040 is 2.3 mm and NOT 2 mm.



So, beware if you are hoing to use this on a GWS EDF 55 rotor. These rotors need a 2mm shaft!

I use this motor on my Blade CP heli. Works great and is a direct fit! I recommend running with one or two heat sinks.

Excellent performance in a modified Artech SU-27 Flanker. A bang for the buck...

About 20 amps. at full trhottle with a 64 mm fan. Perfect...

I was testing this motor 2 days in a row. It doesn't get that much hot with a heat sink on it. It's not that fast, BUT I was running very small pinion with it. 4400 version would be definitely better, but if you want a motor for Mini Inferno and then lend it to someone because you don't want that person to wreck your car... it's a good choice.



Even if I'm saying it's not too fast, don't be mistaken, with a higher pinion it would be lot faster.



For this price it's a very good thing to try.

Good for 55mm EDF

As said before this motor is good for 55mm 6-blade EDF's. I got 16-17A at full throttle producing 165 watts with a Loong-Max 3s1300mah20c. After about 10 sec. it smoothed out to around 16A and about 150 watts. The motor ran smooth and was very responsive and didn't get hot at all. I gave it four stars due to the fact that one of the three I ordered had really bad un-even windings that didn't line up in the can properly.

Excellent Motor! Used it in the popular Blade CP Heli. After burning out 2 big name motors I decided to try a more cost effective solution. No regrets. Runs cool during forward flight but also handles extended hovering. Already recommended this motor to friends. Perfect solution for the Blade CP series helicopter.

After reading Kelly's review, I make a purchase immediately because I have the same experience by burning Hacker E30 and AXI Mini Model.



I do never feel sad of buying this motor because it give me no disappointment. I put it in my HB King-2. It is running very hot, but it have not burnt out like the other two.
