I like that these are narrower than most wheel collars. They'll be handy when space on the wire is limited. Hole diameter on the three I measured.160 to .162"/4 to 4.1mm, width approximately..160"/4mm

I am a machinist. When I order a 4mm i.d. item I expect it to be 4mm. These are not. They are about 4.2mm. Useless for my needs.
