I purchased these wheels to replace the wheels that came with the Voltigeur. Off grass the bigger size is definitely needed. They are good quality and reasonable value.

Excellent material, good hardness, elastic smooth surface, no foam. The hole diameter is designed for axle D = 4 mm.
