Great airplane, have put a Turnigy 30cc gas engine in it. Light, quick, good flyer. I beefed up the nose and firewall some, it seemed lightly built to me, more like an electric model. Airplane, radio, engine, servos, wiring and switches are all from HK. Nice quality stuff. Thank you, HK for your great products and service.

I received my Monocoupe 2200mm yesterday from the USA warehouse. It looks better than the pictures. It was packed in a double carton with each piece individually wrapped. There was very little packing material, however there was no damage whatsoever. But the manual was missing. Premium covering was used and had no wrinkles. I think the covering is Oracover. The landing gear is painted aluminum and the four wing/stab tubes are carbon fiber. Two bolts hold each stabilizer onto the fuselage. The elevators and rudder are air foiled. The contents of the box, without wrapping, weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. (3458 gm). the firewall is 9 inches in diameter and the cowl is 6 inches deep with no fuselage overlap. The ailerons looks like there is a place to split them in two to add flaps to the plane. There looks to be three adjacent servo mounts built into the wing. I contacted customer support about the missing manual.
