These fit on the Dr. Mad Thrust 70mm 11-Blade Alloy EDF fans that don't come with any hardware which makes them a must buy. You could probably make some for less, but for the time spent on making some, the $2.34 is worth it.

I actually thought it would work to hold down at least a 70mm DPS unit.. but not. I would have to go with a 120mm Mount strap.. HK needs to do something (correct) about the label of this item.
