I got this scale one year ago. The main problem with it is that it does not have a power switch! I thought at the beginning it is not going to be a big deal but I was wrong! If you forget to remove the batteries after using it, it dries in a couple of days and you find that out in the field!@#@@
The second problem is it holds on a reading too early, so you need to be quick in applying your load test.

This is a good tool too, I use it with a Tach and Watt meter to get the max.

Well, overall a good scale - with the weak point of not having a trun-off switch. This is why I always removed one battery when not in use. The really bad thing (for me) is, it stopped working after having been in use for only a couple of times. I tried new batteries (and measured the batteries, they were ok with 1,57 volt each). Finally, I opened the scale, hoping it might only be a weak soldering point. But it wasn`t.... :(

Before the scale went dead, I used it even for measuring thrust - so overall a good scale - if it worked...

Great gadget, been looking around for a spring balance and spotted this. It comes c/w batteries, can now weigh complete models without weighing each component on the kitchen scales. Get one!
