These rare earth magnets are extremely powerful for their size and are manufactured using Neodymium, Iron and Boron. They are amongst the strongest permanent magnets commercially available and are now used in a variety of applications. These magnets are coated with 3 layers of nickel, copper, nickel to reduce corrosion and provide a smooth finish.
These small 10 x 10 x 2mm flat plate magnets have an incredible holding power for their size of 1.18kg (2.6lbs) when in flush contact with a steel plate which makes them the ideal choice where you require something that really needs to stay put. Each magnet has north and south poles on opposing faces.
