These arrived in a reasonable time and had been packed well enough to arrive in good condition. There is a shank that might prevent close applications but that can be solved if you cut the thread with your tap and die set. I have been happily using this size in situations where I used to use the old quarter inch bolts. Easily adapted to many uses. Light. Good material.
