I purchased this adapter and came with a faulty spinner/nut.

The spinner/nut thread hole was off-center and causes a vibration when spinning at mid and high RPM, at the same time it cannot be tightened thoroughly as it is off center.

Funny how the support staff handled my concern and simply told me that, quote "I see the slight wobble I dont think this is a major problem." This guy obviously does not work on an RC of any kind.
