Gets V hot at high revs

I fitted one of these motors to my Volantex Ranger 1600, as the original motor doesn't appear reliable according to youtube reviews of this model. This motor gives a strong
Watt meter performance running an 8x8 APC prop on 3s lipo. 75% throttle - 207W & 17Amps; 100% throttle - 273W & 23Amps. However, the motor gets extremely hot at high revs, so I wonder how long it will last before seizing. As a result, I manage throttle use carefully when flying my Ranger 1600.

Have this line of motors in many of my planes including some 3d printed planes. They have great power, smooth low noise and goid flight times. For the money they cannot be beat.

I bought this motor based on the wattage stated in the spec, but it is pushing out a massive 625watts @ 50 amps on an 11x5.5 prop so the 3 3/4 lb model has to be flown at 1/3 throttle.!!!!! - the motor certainly exceeded my expectations.
