    PROPDRIVE v2 motors are designed to perform right out of the box with tight windings, smooth bearings, correctly rated magnets, precision cut stator, and balanced rotors.


    We design and build the PROPDRIVE v2 motors in-house, allowing us to control every aspect of production. We control the entire production line from material sourcing to machining, balancing, and final assembly. PROPDRIVE motors can be trusted to provide years of reliable service at a price every modeler can afford.


    We have included a collet-style adapter, as well as a bolt-on prop adapter.

    Bought as a replacement motor for my Eflite Carbon Z Cub and so far after 10 or so flights I’m extremely happy. Doesn’t get very hot or pull too many amps. Running 6s and a 15x7 prop on stock Avian esc. Would buy a second for my son’s Carbon Z Cub but I obviously got the last one in the US. Hope you restock soon!!

    I now use 3 of these engines in sailplanes with 4 meter span and a weight of 4,5 kg for lift to 200 meters. With 6 Cells and 3.200 mA I have a climb ratio of 7 meters per second, a overall engine running time of 5 minutes and a overall height of more than 1.800 meters. Carbon prop 14 x 7 ". I highly recommend this engine.

    Great Motor but Short Prop Adapter

    This motor performs very well. Unfortunately the usable length of the M8.0-1.25 (3) bolt prop adapter is only 25mm. This is inadequate for many large 15” props like the 15x8 recommended in the motor specs even if it is a glow type.

    First flight with this motor. Either the speed control went south and took the motor with it or the motor went south and took the speed control with it.
