Rudder is actually 18mm wide. Transom to leading edge is 38. Mounting pad is 10x18vertical. Mounting holes are 3 on 13 centers.

My rudder has just the right amount of slop to work easy. My only complaint is the pushrod ez connector. Unless you loctite nut on it will fall apart. Also the hole in the arm is .08" where the Dubro EZ connectors are .062". So if you replace plan on some slop.

A good item for smaller hulls 400mm or so
There is a bit of slop in the hinge which makes the rudder wobble vertically when deflected but this shouldn't cause too much trouble for sports use.
it's also drilled for cooling both sides so deflection turbulence won't cause a lack of flow, nice attention to detail there
