great low light capability

works well on auto low light setting easy on screen set up with removeable toggle switch used a quanum elite transmitter easy plug and play. the adjustable mount works well as well

don't really like this camera

This camera really tries hard to do a lot of things. It tries to be a low light camera by switching to black and white and a daytime camera with color. The reality is it fails at both. The transitions from light to dark are too slow and make the ground virtually impossible to see during sunny days. I cannot recommend this camera especially for someone who likes to fly on sunny days relatively close to the ground.

Great starlight camera

Although usable during the day, this camera really shines at night in near complete darkness. Because this camera is optimized for starlight conditions it gives up some of the daytime capabilities you need like seeing well in shadows and high contrast situations. If night flying is your mission then this camera is perfect.
