These are good connector that don't come apart even in a very bad crash.
Make sure you separate the A and B tab
Do not over strip the wire, 1/4" is best so you wont need shrink tubing.
Do not spill soldering past the lines on the tab if you want them to lock properly
There are plenty of video on YouTube that show how to weld those.
They are fully compatible with the Traxxas one.
I recommend those.

I was concerned these may not have the internal spring to hold tension on the connectors, but after other customers claimed they did I took the chance, sure enough they do!
