Unbalanced my battery

I was testing to see if it would stop at the right voltage so I put in my balanced 3s lipo. After charging for a while I checked and saw that the first cell had reached 4.21v but the charger hadn't stopped. I checked each individual cell and saw that the first cell was at 4.21v, the second at 4.19v and the third at 4.18v. I'm not sure if these differences would do any bad, but I'm not going to risk it.

There is a big yellow sticker which says READ MANUAL BEFORE USE. Firstly, the print is too small to read without a lens. But there is no point in reading it - the text is unintelligible. Google Translate would do better.
