I have numerous Turnigy SK3 Aerodrive Brushless Outrunner Electric Motors in my fleet of rc aircraft (20) and they all perform extremely well. My only complaint is that finding replacement bearings and/or prop shafts for them is a nightmare, if not impossible to find. You ask 'why' do I need new bearings or a prop shaft.........well if you have a crash where the prop shaft is jammed back into the motor (likely) the bearing(s) and the shaft will be damaged. So far the only remedy is to buy a new motor and that's a waste in my view when new bearings and possibly a prop shaft are all that's needed to solve the problem. Pay attention HobbyKing!

I have over 50 SK3 motors installed. So far have only had one failure due to sudden stop against the ground.

For very economical price excellent product. Motor is powerfull, 1.5kg plane flies as rocket it is quality built as well. Already done few hours of flight with no problem motor is still good as new and seems it will stay that way for long time.

I put this in a Dynamic-S and it is AMAZING. Unlimited vertical, and I don't mean a slow climb. It takes it straight up and I mean fast. This plane screams now. Perfect replacement motor for the Durafly Dynamic-S.
