I don´t know if it is this motor but I am using it in a glider with a 14 x 8 fold with 4S 5000 and I only get 2.300g thrust I was expecting arround 3.000 Kg thrust


Could you reccomend me a motor with 3.000g thrust with no more than 195g weight

Very nice motor.... I've got one installed in my HK (VQ Models) Kenmore Air 1620mm Beaver (AUW 3.4Kg) on 5S LiPo & turning a MA 3blade 12x6 prop . .... Smooth quiet & powerful.... On static testing I get 650W @38A 9500RPM & 2 kilos of static thrust.... However, as mentioned elsewhere, I seriously criticise the overly short shaft length of the supplied prop adapter. This seriously struggles to cope with the thickness of many props that this motor is capable of turning.

Just fitted this turnigy sk3 4240-620kv into the ultimate 40. run on 2200 5s lipo & 80 esc.11x7 prop.Perfect combination,smooth running & loads of power for vertical climbs & rapid take offs.

Sehr sauber verarbeiteter Motor der auch in einer sehr hochwertigen Verpackung daher kommt. ( Ist fuer viele ja wichtig !! ) Uebr die Leistung kann ich noch nichts sagen, folgt aber gleich nach dem Einbau

Hi Guys

I love the motor but I'm having trouble installing a 3 or 4 blade prop because the porp adaptor is too short. Does anyone have a solution? Its about 8mm too short if you take into consideration the prop washer and nut.

Purchased this motor to fit in my new HK Firenza. Superb quality. Bearings feel smooth.

Nice motor, fits exactly in an Giant cessna 182 epo, no gap between spinner and fuselage! Far enough power with 14x7 wood prop and 4000mAh LiPo. Normal flight times 15-20 min (no 3D flight). Only problem are those bearings. After 5 flights (1,5 hour total flight time), the bearings started to sing and buzzing/humming...
