bought 3. 1 had a bad cell from the beginning. they replaced it asap after i cent them a few pictures. hoobyking for the win.

so far they are great. i use them for my ebike. 3 in series. for 66.6 volt battery. does great lasts 6 hours on peddle assist no problem. i made a hard case for them.

Battery came quick had to pay import duty to th UK, but guess thats just the way it is. Had a set of multistar similar spec to these 5 years ago for ebike used em till this year, replaced them with these, to be honest they are about the same i think, which is disapointing as i was hopeing there would be an improvment in the tec, considering they were more expensive, if they last as long as the other ones i will be ok with it
