Just put this on my Trex 500L. The 500L is the newest model & it was a good fit.

I guess all Trex 500s are the same shape.

I did have to make the front mounting hole with a Dremel tool

This canopy is gorgeous and every bit as good as one you'd get from Align. Reading the reviews on HK I was expecting something less than perfect. Nope; nothing at all wrong with it; even up close. I'm definitely glad I took a chance on one.

Bought this for TREX 500 DFC. Had to use heat gun to re-shape the bottom half to fit the lower attachment points, and clear paint is over sprayed at some spots, BUT once in the air, it is very easy to identify the direction of the heli, and that is what I wanted this canopy to do.

Not perfect if you want to enjoy the details, but it should work great for those who are looking for a practical canopy.

Good quality canopy for about a third of the cost with an equal from align.

Ordered two of them, both arrived in good condition. But both seem to be 2nd class (2nd quality) canopies. Both have defects, small spaces where colour is missing - and it seems someone "hand painted" these places, but not with correct colours. Me I would not ordere them anymore if I knew this in advance. Of dozens of canopies of all sizes I ordered so far around the planet, I never got a canopy with such defects. On the other hand they are not expensive.
