Whats not to like?

Let me start by saying these are not your standard size (Dimensions) batteries.. Some modification may be required to get these to fit in your car. With that said I love these batteries, they run great, have more punch, less prone to puffing. One thing I dislike is the balance plugs being so tiny and being 'bullet' style. I was afraid of breaking these, so I installed bullet plugs directly onto my ESC to plug directly into the battery, In doing so I only use the cable that came with the battery during the charging process.

Absolute Monster

These batteries are absolute monsters, both in output and size. Foolishly (as others noted) I failed to check the dimensions. Luckily was able to fabricate a new battery/ESC tray for my truggy. Now my truggy just about leaps out of its skin!

Great Value HV Lipo. Charged to 5.3 A/h first charge - plenty of punch too.
Thi is a big battery so pay careful attention to the sizes quoted.

Too long for most vehicles

This is a really great battery. Can be charged at up to 5s and the extra voltage is perfect. The major problem with this thing is the length of the battery. It will not fit most battery boxes. It didn't fit my Tekno ET48, my RC8t, or my MT4-G3.

Fantastic LIHV. Less heat that standard lipo. More power! It is a no brainer, at 35$ you buy it! I use a Hitec X2 AC Plus charger!

So I bought this because it was a great deal. A little large but fits just fine in a 1/8 buggy assuming your battery mount is long enough. I was expecting just to run it as a regular LIPO but it turns out my charger was already LIHV capable so I charged it up to the full 17.4V point. To say the least my car screams with this in it. It has a high enough discharge rate to fully feed my 150A ESC without issue. I would say it was a good purchase decision for my purposes.
