good motor! i installed it in a fox mini glider 800mn and is perfectVery good and powerful motor. The magnets are very strong.
But for me it was not possible to move the axis to the other side, So you have to use the prop saver which is attached to the motor.Bought and recived 4 of these motors and they are really good. Strong magnets and nice looking windings.
Adds an extra star for propp adapter and mountings:
Im using these in a Qaud copter weight 970grams and the power is more then enough :)Just a little nice motor. buy 4, and 4 work well.had a few of these now and had a couple fail on me but at the price cant complain. generally reliable.Simply put, these are garbage.
Very coggy and noisy because of that.
But worst of all, these don't have silicone wire connections. Windings are directly taken out of the stator and covered with some (hard) PVC material. Out of 4 I bought, one died because one of the windings inside broke loose from just vibrations. The second one died because wire between motor and ESC vibrated and broke, and ended up stuck in the esc in wrong place and burned both motor and ESC.My quad hover with this motors for 20 min 30 sec. proof is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3zjsEA-rbQ

Cool, isn't it?Vou colocar no meu tricptero. Espero que fique legal.REVIEW: Overall, the motor is well build. HOWEVER, there 3 leads for this motor are badly designed. There is only TWO tiny copper wires within each of the leads. When you solder these the copper hardens and easily breaks when bent at the stress point where is meets the solder joint. This is a design fault. **** I have 6 of these motors already and will have to return all of them. 75pcnt of them failed while trying to hook them up. I had 2 expert RC builders advise me & both agreed that there is a design problem. **** Because of this design fault these motors are highly susceptable to failure & I have NO FAITH to use them in a valuable model. **** See attached photo comparing the TWO brittle copper wires, a 7.5amp wire, and a human hair.
