Fit the bill for what we needed

Needed a brushed speed controller that had the option for F/R only and no braking for a battle tank project. These fit the bill, bought a pair for the tank and they worked exactly as needed for this project. We will be adding these to our BOM for this design. Bought the package to try out the 11t motor instead of our normal 27t. Motors worked without problems, however, they are entirely too fast for these tanks.

Ok so @ the price of $37 Aus,I was not expecting much, but hooked it all up in a hsp 1/10 scale buggy.,unfortunate the motor cooked, then the sec smoked after the first run.Lucky fire extinguisher was handy.I think I would have been the unlucky person that got a bad one.How ever Hbbyking support reimbursement me and I went brushless.
Overall construction was top notch, and with motor looks cool too.So the overall rating was because it was faulty.But beyond that it feel and looked good qaulity for the price.

Excellent product, use it in a 1/10th scale tamiya 4wd car. Triple the top speed than with the stock power train. This little motor pack a serious punch and no heat issues with the supplied esc.
Run on 3S lipo no problems whatsoever.
