Balancing lead are made with "hard plastic" insulation (instead silikone wire) = TOTAL CRAP TO THE BONE ! They will inevitably break. Cells after more than 10 cycles do not charge even on both lipos I bought, difference = 4.197 / 4.179 V, this is NOT tolerable ! (By the way - I am using a high quality HYPERION charger).

The recomendation for Traxxas VXL models is NOT good as well because 19mm of hight is almost fitting to tight into the battary case of the vxl`s - especially when you will make the lipos waterresistent by e. g. PlastiDip or similar.

RECOMENDATION: For VXL`s use ANY of the other Zippy 2S 2200 (20, 25, 35, 40C). 45C will not fit!

@HK: Please dont sell such CRAP!

I bought these for my Mini Losi 8ight T, but they are a little thick for that chassis with stock battery strap (plastic). Other than that they function as advertised and for the price they cant be beat. I removed the TRX connector so I cannot comment on the tightness of the installed plug, but it looked pretty sturdy.

Fits perfect my erevo VXL. I can use 30-40 minutes in my house. I also make parallel cable to use 2 battery but after 30 minutes motor gets very hot so I use one battery. price is perfect thx hobbyking

Using this batteries in parallel connection in my Traxxas Summit VXL with headlights and roof lightbar.
Runtime about 1 hour, very good and fair price for high quality cells.

These batteries are so powerful, my e revo vxl rear bulkhead and the chassis broke! (cuz i did a standing backflip high up into the air. and landed in a bad position.) AMAZING BATTERY THOUGH! GET IT!!!
