Lanyu IceFire-II ARF DLG Carbon Fiber Competition Glider
The IceFire II is an ARF DLG, with most parts already pre-assembled. Very little work is left for the pilot to have this glider ready and flying.
The one-piece hollow molded wing is made from a sandwitch construction with a thin fiberglass skin for ultra strength and a very light weight.
The elevator and rudder are also made of fiberglass skin and foam core to provide necissary torsion stiffness.
The carbon fiber pod in this model is designed for a cross 4 cell 300mAh NiMH battery and four sub-micro servos.
