Micro Engineering H0 Scale 150ft Single Track City Viaduct Kit (75-511)

The Micro Engineering Company was founded in 1964 and over the years has become one of the leading companies in the US manufacturing model railway accessories. They started of producing scale model railway track in a single gauge then expanded this into a long line of track and track accessories in HO, N, G and O gauge scales. They then branched out into a wide range of highly detailed injection molded styrene kits including buildings, girder bridges, trackside accessories and much much more.

City viaducts were constructed in many American cities during the early 20th century where elevated track was required by the railways in congested city area's. Many of the prototype viaducts are still in use today making these HO kits suitable from the turn of the last century up to modern times. City viaduct kits follow the prototype construction by incorporating scale size moldings of the lattice work, angle irons, cross beams, lateral bracing and many many rows of rivet heads. This is an easy to assemble pre-colored injection molded styrene kit that requires assembling and glueing. HO Code 83 or Code 70 Bridge flex-track can be used with this viaduct (available seperately). Multiple kits can be used to build a custom bridge of any length.
