Even though I bought the screen from the Hobby King EU warehouse it comes with an AC adapter with US plug. No mention of this in the product listing. Poor service. Many Chinese online vendors at least provide an adapter plug if the AC adapter has US plug. Since I have no adapter plug to hand I can't test the screen. As such I have no option but to give it a poor rating as I have effectively been sold a product that I can't use as delivered.

I have found this screen perfect for mounting on my TX and have powered it , and my FPV RX with a Zippy 1000 compact battery .I get a full days flying from the battery and
I have experienced no blue screen problems after dozens of flights .

This monitor is exactly what I needed for FPV: I use it for some parts of my FPV flights, when I put out my goggles, not as main FPV device. I've installed it on my Turnigy 9XR; weight and dimensions are perfect. It's well built, good finished and image quality is good and fully adjustable. NEVER HAD A BLUE SCREEN during flight, neither with Vtx switched off or with strongly disturbed signal, is exactly as having goggles. For the price, is a good choose.

WARNING.

THIS MONITOR BLUE SCREENS!!!!!!

I bought this monitor for FPV but at the slightest low signal it flicks to a blue screen and displays "no signal".

The monitor is basically the same as the other one I have from a other retailer ,with the difference that in this monitor the mode & camera button are disabled and you are not longer able to set it by accident to HMDI mode and screw up your monitor ,very positive.

The monitor building quality is in and outside nice and clean ,the electronic print is of a high standard ,no cold soldering points professional made , and give's a clear image even under full sunny conditions ,the quality of the image is also depending on the quality of the camera you are using, the better the camera you use the better the image you get from the monitor .

The on screen display menu is strait forward and easy to use .

The only negative point I experience is that the color tweaking is to simple ,you have only more color or less color ,no possibility to alter more or less green red or blue .

And the big plus point is no more blue screen with bad reception signal ,

it's image is snowing under bad conditions but still you have reception .
