De ActionCam Inline gimbal is ontworpen om te werken met een kleine actie soort camera, zoals de GoPro. De cardanische ring heeft een inline indeling plaats van een hangend ontwerp zodat de prefect voor bevestiging aan de voorzijde van het type "spin" Quad, zoals onze DeadCat sk450. De ActionCam gimbal is servo aangedreven, dus de meeste vlucht controllers direct de stabilisering, dus geen behoefte aan een fancy cardanische controller kan besturen. De cardanische omvat een bal stijl trillingsisolatie monteren en hardware voor eenvoudige montage.

One of the pieces was bent. Attaching the larger servo to the forward part of the gimbal was difficult.

the gimbal is very useful with the ECU naza lite that accepts two tallow for rolling and elevator

Nice inexpensive mount for those who have some spare servos on hand. A tad large for my current frame, but for those who have something like a DeadCat it would be perfect.

Simple servo based gimbal. Works well enough, fast servos work best. Could use better instructions, I had to assemble 3 times before I got everything spaced correctly to mount up.

Too much vibration and too much force times arm.

Some minor quality problems prevented a five star review. Two nuts meant to hold the roll servo in place had absolutely no threads and I had to hammer straighten out two of the stamped parts. The holes for the bearing and the tilt servo were bent and bulged from the stamping process. Easy fix but why should I have to? After getting it together it seems to work great with my Multiwii Pro FC.

I just put this together, seems like it will work ok. One thing I was disappointed with is the long screws that mount your roll servo down are not threaded all the way, so I had to mount the servo standing up tall. You'd have to have a really thick servo for it to lay flat like in the picture. Almost looks like the screws length is set to go through both mount plates, but then that would defeat the purpose of the vibration dampeners. Another difficulty I had was not having a double ended servo horn like in the picture, I'm using servos from an old wrecked plane so all I had was a single sided horn. Also the kit doesn't come with any mounting screws, just what you need to put the gimbal together. So now I need to hunt down a double sided horn, and some small mounting screws to attach it to my model.

I did not use it finally, but I put the anti vibration mount along with a TC-18 gimbal, eliminating the Jello thanks to the shock absorvers. It's actually a bit tricky to mount on your frame as it comes.
