Het Apollo 1550 biedt een geweldige manier om in de DLG glijden zonder een fortuin op een volle samengestelde model!

DLG gliding is een wervelwind, en deze goedkope model opent de deur voor degenen die geïnteresseerd zijn in het eens te proberen zonder dat de bank in het proces zijn. De Apollo ziet er niet alleen geweldig, het vliegt ook geweldig. De grote vleugel gebied is ideaal voor het glijden, terwijl de unieke constructie biedt de perfecte combinatie van gewichtsbesparing en sterkte.

wing en steken van de Apollo's zijn opgebouwd uit lichtgewicht balsa / laag en komen pre-gedekt. De romp pod en staart boom zijn gemaakt van glasvezel en zijn zeer mooi afgewerkt. De lift / roer drukstangen en servo tray zijn vooraf geïnstalleerd om te bouwen tot een minimum te houden. U hoeft enkel uw eigen servo's (9g x 4), ontvanger accu en 4CH radio-systeem toe te voegen.

Snel op te bouwen, leuk om naar te kijken en gemakkelijk op de zak, de perfecte combinatie voor uw eerste DLG model!

Quality scored 3 stars as there were a number of issues.
Wing bolt holes were away out of alignment. I had to fill and re-drill them.
Not a job for a amateur.
The wing leading edges had not been shaped and were quite squared off. In fact one was dead flat on the edge. No excuse for that.
The wing and tail coverings were quite loose and even after I ran the iron over them they were not acceptable.
In the finish I removed all the coverings, finished the leading edges and re-covered the wings and tailplane completely. Can't expect too much or the money but unfinished wings is taking it a bit too far. I also installed mini du'bro hinges on the elevator rather than the cyano hinges. Seems to go well now.

like incredibel mind the wing attachmentpoint is gona give if your luckey on the first it touches the ground doesnt have to be hard poly hydral would have been beter

wings will be damaged every single landing unless you catch it

tail is flimsy

looks good but heavy

colis arrivé deux jours après la commande :TB

le modèle vole très bien après réglages mais les collages sont défectueux car la poussière carbonnée de découpe laser n'est pas ponçée avant collage. Serait-il possible d'avoir les ailes en kit ?

My first DLG. Flies very well, and can stay up quite a while on a hot day. It was very easy and quick to assemble, but, as others have mentioned, the wing to fuselage holes don't line up. It's easy enough to remedy this though. I used the recommended Zippy 350 battery and the recommended UBEC, and then needed some lead up front to balance. The biggest design fault is that when I spin round to launch it, I get dizzy and nearly fall over - when are they going to fix that.......
I like this aircraft a lot - recommended.

I found this glider to be a great value. I encountered no problems with wing mounting, all holes lined up perfectly. Used hxt 900 servos, fit perfect. Assembly was quick, I reversed the horizontal stab above the boom. Only problem I encountered was boom was not line up correctly with rudder, easy fix, used heat gun at boom attachment to fuselage, turned to line up correctly. Covering was very good, red color looks great. Used turnigy 300 mah battery with 3 amp bec. Overall good value for first time DLG.

I agree with the review and all mods suggested by Sparkx. In addition to these mods I also glued a piece of braid from the bottom of the rudder to the carbon fiber rod so that on landing the braid takes the load not the fragile balsa.

The glider flies really well and is great value for money - highly recommended.

No good plane!! Main mast broken at first landing and composite fuselage not fully covered by epoxy resin. Main balsa wing is too weak to be a DLG launch. I think it is an HLG glider, not DLG! On my plane, CG was at 28 cm from nose and need 120g, included battery and receiver on nose.
