....as they nick/break easily...nose gear strut effectiveness was derived by placing main size wheel on nose...foam carving in the well as necessary for retraction...extra 3/4 inch in nose height saves many a prop...

Avoiding much propeller ground taxi striking ...

....by extending that nose wheel strut...someday...meanwhile adapt a MAIN wheel to that nose operation...gives 1/2 to 3/4 inch extra clearance for propeller...you will carve some foam out the nose wheel compartment.....

Good prop for T-28 1100

This prop is direct replacement of my T-28 prop. It comes as one unit with the hub molded in made of flexible material. Came well balanced and ha s good tracking.

Can never have to many spares given the ground clearance on this model. Fairly soft blade plastic.

The propeller was in back order.
That was not good as the propeller easily touch the ground during landing.
I therefore bought 2 pcs.
Until now, no one is broken.

I modified this prop to fit a shorter prop adaptor by grinding off the excess. It works great but each prop is only 5" not 6". Still worked great. not as fast as a 12x6 though.
